Factory disposal is offered to manufacturers in the automotive field, but also to chemical plants or to lead works, where CCR recycles scoriaceous lead, which for instance is produced during the recycling of starter batteries.
CCR has provided services of such kind e.g. to the lead works of BSB Recycling GmbH, subsidiary of Agor AG. Starter batteries are delivered to the plant, where they are cut up into three main parts: acids, plastics, and lead. Saline scoriae develops during processing of lead and other metall components, which CCR takes care off. At the end a product emerges, which is used as subsoil for recultivation.
Another example is the Linde Gas Division, member of the Linde Group, worldwide one of the most important suppliers of gases. Here, CCR services Linde facilities and plants in Germany, inter alia disposing of acids, grit chamber residue and different types of sludges.
Commercial refuse and chemical products like fats are collected at a Juvena cosmetics plant in Southern Germany. All these examples prove the singular flexibility of CCR Group to service quite different disposal requirements for just one industrial plant or all over the country.
