The CCR construction-industry logistics concept comprises management of organizational sequences on site, including the coordination of suppliers, consultation on the building’s logistical concept after completion, acceptability checks in accordance with social insurance and industrial law, sanitary services, safety and site cleaning, and last but not least waste fraction separation, allocation of waste material according to origin and classic disposal of waste. Evidence is available that the CCR system saves clients up to one percent of the construction cost compared with conventional waste disposal concepts.
